A receipt will be issued for every payment made in person.  If a payment is made by mail, a receipt will only be sent if a stamped/self-addressed envelope is enclosed with the payment.

A $40.00 fee will be charged for all non-sufficient fund checks.

Failure to make payment may result in the following:

• A warrant for your arrest may be issued.

• Your case may be referred to the state collection agency, at such time additional fees may be incurred, a hold being placed on your registration by MVD, and your state taxes may be intercepted.
